Service Availability

Our services are available throughout the year, though specific offerings may vary based on seasonal requirements and weather conditions. We strive to provide timely and reliable services to meet your gardening needs.

Payment Terms

Payment for our services is due as follows:

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upon agreement of services.
Balance: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project or as per the agreed schedule.
Accepted Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and online payment platforms.

All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change based on project scope and materials required.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will incur no charges.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will result in a 50% fee of the total service cost.
No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the service will incur the full amount of the service fee.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule any appointments.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the smooth provision of our services, clients are expected to:

Provide clear instructions and expectations regarding the desired outcome of the gardening services.
Ensure access to the property during scheduled service times.
Inform us of any existing conditions or potential hazards on the property.
Promptly communicate any changes or additional requests related to the services.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.

Liability and Disclaimer

While we strive to provide the highest quality of service, Gardener Gardening cannot be held liable for:

Damage to existing structures or plant life arising from our services, provided that such damages are not due to negligence on our part.
Consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Any injuries sustained during the provision of our services, except in cases of gross negligence.

Clients are encouraged to obtain their own insurance to cover any potential damages or losses.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during the provision of our services will be used solely for the purpose of delivering and improving our services. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
